展會(huì)背景 | Exhibition Background

中國國際航空、郵輪及列車食品飲料展（簡稱:CTCE CHINA）作為亞洲地區(qū)旅游餐飲領(lǐng)域唯一專業(yè)盛會(huì) 已在上海順利舉辦過數(shù)屆并獲得巨大成功，展會(huì)共吸引來自全球四十多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)數(shù)千家旅游餐飲（含航 空、郵輪、列車、部隊(duì)、學(xué)校、工廠、酒店餐飲等配餐用食材）食品飲料領(lǐng)域優(yōu)秀供應(yīng)商前來參展，累計(jì)展 出面積超過七萬平米，展會(huì)期間聚集了國內(nèi)外近千家主要旅游配餐企業(yè)以及數(shù)萬名全球旅游餐飲食品飲料領(lǐng) 域的專業(yè)買家參會(huì)。其中；中國國際航空公司、東方航空公司、南方航空公司、海南航空公司、廈門航空公 司、深圳航空公司、佳美航空、春秋航空、吉祥航空、渤海郵輪及京鐵列服等多家旅游配餐企業(yè)主要采購管 理部門分別在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)立采購中心，進(jìn)行旅游餐飲食品飲料供應(yīng)商的樣品采集與信息的收集。展會(huì)期間還舉辦 了多場(chǎng)會(huì)議論壇和航空食品與用品買家見面會(huì)，在會(huì)議論壇期間各大旅游配餐領(lǐng)域的專家針對(duì)旅游餐飲食品 與配餐峰會(huì)、餐飲廚房管理與提升論壇、旅游餐飲食品安全與營養(yǎng)健康、旅游配餐產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈安全等話題進(jìn)行討 論。該展會(huì)現(xiàn)已成為中國旅游餐飲領(lǐng)域規(guī)模最大的專業(yè)采購交易會(huì)，在國際旅游餐飲領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)展會(huì)中占有極 為重要的地位。根據(jù)往年的舉辦情況；預(yù)計(jì)2022年展會(huì)規(guī)模及觀眾數(shù)量同比有較大的提升，參展商數(shù)量同 比增長80%，專業(yè)觀眾數(shù)量同比增長220%。

As the Asian unique professional exhibition in tourism catering field, CTCE CHINA had been successfully held several times in Shanghai since 2012, which attracted thousands of excellent suppliers in tourism catering field（aviation, cruise, railways, crews, schools, factories, hotels, etc.） from more than 40 countries and regions all over the world. There are nearly a thousand major tourism catering companies and ten thousands of top professional buyers from global food and beverage fields attended to the exhibition, with total exhibition areas of over 70,000 square meters. Many tourism catering purchasing management departments have established the purchasing centers during the show to collect samples and information from food and beverage suppliers, such as Air China International Corp., China Eastern, China Southern, Hainan Airlines, Xiamen Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, Camry Air, Spring Airlines, Juneyao Airlines, Bohai Ferry, Beijing Railway Service Administration and other aviation, cruise or railway companies. During the show, we have held many conferences, forums and aviation food & supplies buyers meeting, offering a great platform for the professionals from tourism catering field to discuss the hot topic on tourism food and catering, catering kitchen management and promotion, tourism catering safety and nutrition, tourism and catering industry chain security and so on. This show has become the most professional trade fair in China tourism catering industry and plays a very important role in the international tourism catering and supplies professional fairs. According to the data on past years, the scale and the number of visitors of CTCE CHINA 2022 will be greatly improved next year, and the number of exhibitors will be increased by 80%, the number of visitors will be increased by 220% as estimated.
